Wedding at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

This stunning September wedding hosted at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is what dreams are made of. Claudia and Liz had the most beautiful private vow reading and I consider myself to be the luckiest person in the world to have been within ear shot of their heartfelt words. The ceremony was one of joy and tears and reception was full of antics, laughter and silliness. This is a mere morsel from their entire wedding gallery. I would be so thrilled to share their entire gallery with you if you are looking to see what you can expect from a 10 hour wedding day. Simply reach out via the contact form and we shall go from there.

This wedding was featured on Rocky Mountain Bride and we are so proud of everyone involved to make this day happen.

“As all great romances do, it started with a simple pair of black knee-high boots and a few too many drinks. In December of 2017, I was beginning my first week working at Williams Lake. I barely knew anyone, as I only worked two shifts before there was a Christmas Party. As the new girl, I wanted to seem cool and appear like I could keep up with the veteran boys. As a result, I remember only half that night. As it is told to me, my night came to an end with the Detachment Commander’s wife holding my hair while I was sick in the bathroom. The wife stormed over and told her husband that he had to get a member on duty to take me home immediately. Up rolled a marked vehicle and what do you know – Elizabeth Lynde – to save the day. Most people meet their future significant other and say their first feeling is of attraction, love, warmth but for Liz when she first met me all she felt was concern. Liz stared in shock as she loaded me, stumbling around like a baby deer, into the back seat of the police car and started driving me home. Halfway there I started gagging and Liz thought ‘uh-oh’ and pulled over just in time for her to open the car door and have me puke down the side of my knee high black boots and onto the sidewalk. This is how I infamously got the nickname ‘Boots’. Liz took me home, and tucked me into bed. The next morning Liz texted me letting me know that she lived a few houses up the street and if I ever needed anything, I could text her. The rest is history.”
